Luke Sanger founded Eco-watch
in 1999. From biological to industrial processes,
designing and implementing monitoring systems
and presenting information in a logical, engaging
and easily digestible form has been central
to Luke's business and academic career. After
leaving postdoctoral research (focussed on environmental
monitoring using video and data capture) he
left academia and joined an IT training and
consultancy company. He later managed the European
server team for Xerox, Europe. Luke takes an
active role in the development of the larger
wildlife surveillance and environmental monitoring
systems for projects.

Lisa Phillips joined Eco-watch
in 2001. Formerly a research scientist for Unilever,
Lisa has in depth knowledge and experience of
video data capture, analysis and presentation.
She has an absolute eye for detail and unsurpassed
enthusiasm for the natural world. From microscopic
bacteria to macroscopic animals she has real-life
practical understanding of the ecology of environments
be they natural, industrial, urban or rural.
If you are looking to present images and sounds,
in an engaging and exciting way and explore
relevant revenue streams through retail, she
can help. She is a proficient wildlife photographer,
and successfully publishes her work.

Jon Sanger joined the Eco-watch
team in 2005. Jon has a rare combination of
biological, technical and business skills, and
has worked on many projects where revenue generation,
as well as engagement, are key to their success.
Jon is a true enthusiast about the natural world
and new ways in which we can help people learn
more about it. He has been a technical and business
consultant for over 15 years. Originally part
of a Unilever team that pioneered specialist
computer based triggering systems for environmental
monitoring; he later migrated into the IT industry.
Starting as a technical trainer, Jon moved into
consultancy and senior management, developing
new business by maximising opportunities in
new and emerging technologies. Jon has played
an active role in the government's National
Enterprise Advisers Scheme, to engage schools
with business.

Claire Johnson joined Eco-watch
in 2006. She is a qualified lawyer and oversees
the administration of projects ensuring they
meet all of the specifications that we have
agreed; at all times we aim to exceed your expectations.
Claire has a keen eye for detail and efficiency
making her a mainstay for projects where deadlines
are paramount. She liaises with your team to
make sure that everything needed for a successful
project is in place before engineers arrive.

Claire may be drawn in as part of our consultancy
team to work with you. She is dedicated, enthusiastic
and a pleasure to be around.
