Wildlife surveillance specialists eco-watch have been working with The Lost Gardens of Heligan for over 7 years and over the last two years BBC Springwatch. A network of remote wildlife cameras monitor Heligan's native wildlife and transmits a selection of seasonal highlights live to this website.

Live video is streamed from the bird feeder cameras in the day and from mammal cameras at night to the BBC Springwatch website - click

Watch the BBC Springwatch animals here, all year round

Kate Humble's Heligan barn owls became famous back in May with the death of the male bird and the siblicide of 4 of the 7 chicks. But the story didn't end there - click the barn owl button to see what happened after Springwatch went off-air.

Some of other animals featured during the series are still about; the foxes regularly visit the mammal table and the badgers often put in an appearance at dusk - click on the mammals button for more.

As autumn rolls towards winter the number and diversity of birds visiting the feeders at Heligan's Wildlife Centre increases. Click the bird feeder button to watch goldfinches, woodpeckers and nuthatch as well as the usual farmland and woodland suspects.

Visit the Lost Gardens in Cornwall to see live action first hand at 'Horsemoor Hide' Wildlife Centre, and walk through different habitats that are home to a variety of native wildlife.
