Our guarantee plus some do's and don'ts
What you can expect from us
Your equipment is covered by a 1-year warranty that begins from the date you receive your goods. We will replace any faulty items that fail during normal use during that time. If you do not use your kit in accordance with our essential guidelines (see below) we reserve the right to refuse to replace any faulty part returned to us within the first year of purchase.
Essential guidelines:
- Never open the camera or other equipment – it will void your warranty.
- Always power the camera and equipment when it is outside.
- Only use the kit for the purpose of watching wildlife at home.
- Only plug the camera in to the transformer or battery pack supplied with the kit.
- Always bury your cabling if squirrels are a problem in your area as animal damage is not covered under the warranty.
- Always ensure that the connectors are put together as per the instructions you receive with your kit to ensure the join is watertight.
We suggest that you:
- Clean the lens and glass using a soft lint free cloth.
- Use a nest box plate to avoid squirrels widening the entrance hole.
If you mislay your instruction sheet please contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
Refund and replacement policy
We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee or replacement policy for all items on our website. For goods that are returned within the 14 day period but are not faulty we reserve the right to deduct an administration charge of £10 per product from any refund.
Our postage charges are non refundable on non-faulty returns.
We must be notified within 30 days of receipt of goods if non-faulty goods are to be returned to us for a refund. Items returned for refund outside of this 30 day period will not be accepted.
As soon as we receive the returned product (within the 14 day time period) in the condition that it was sent and with all original packaging, we guarantee to either refund your purchase price in full (minus any applicable administration charges) or supply a replacement.
Warranty is invalidated if any seals on product(s) are broken or the unit(s) are damaged in any way. It is strongly recommended that all items are tested before installation as we will not accept the return of any product that is scratched or marked in any way.
