offer training programmes tailored to
your needs and maintenance contracts that
ensure you are always supported.

Training and the transfer of knowledge:
Manuals,
documentation and system
plans. Eco-watch provides a full system
design and inventory as part of your project
plan. This is a reference for you. All of the
equipment we install will be supplied with appropriate
manuals and documentation.
Onsite
tutorial and training, usually at hand-over
and sign-off. This is built into any project
plan we provide. The duration and content of
the training depends on the system's complexity
but a single day is usually enough; we work
with your team and go through every aspect of
the system in as much detail as you want.
Training
days are built around your needs. These can
be theoretical (e.g. include how the components
work and fit together) or practical (e.g. include
how to crimp cables, terminate fibre optic or
solder plugs and sockets) depending on the skill
existing level of your team and their needs.
Support and Maintenance:
Annual
fee contracts guarantee project maintenance
from Eco-watch. This can include a call-out
service within agreed timescales, specific to
your project.
One-off
fee to fix or replace equipment.
All
equipment we supply is warranted. We provide
a 12-month guarantee for parts and labour on
top of the manufacturers' warranty as outlined
in our terms
and conditions.
